Your tasks are among others
Customer care in the office and in the field, from the offer to invoicing
Project planning / project coordination and support for sales management
Adhering to and ensuring deadlines for all required trades (fitters, Suppliers, on-site services)
Operational control and organization of your field of activity with regard to a smooth process, the achievement of corporate and departmental goals
Direct cooperation with the purchasing, CAD and shipping departments
Your Profile
Successfully completed commercial and / or technical training
Work experience in project management
Good manual or technical understanding
Knowledge and experience in an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) is desirable
Solution-oriented, strongly service-oriented and efficient in handling tasks
High level of teamwork and communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills, resilience and flexibility
Confident handling of MS Office 2010 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Good knowledge of English and other language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel (project management)
